Flexible capacity planning with KapaMan

Well-thought-out capacity planning is essential for reliable, punctual order scheduling. Using KapaMan, employee requirements can be planned flexibly and adapted according to the order situation. The basis for this is a dynamic planning time matrix, which is tailored to the individual storage and process structures at the company. This is preceded by detailed customer process analyses. Taking the handling and route times into account, KapaMan automatically determines the necessary capacity requirements and advises of possible bottleneck situations in good time. In this way, unproductive downtime, overtime premiums or even order delays can be recognised early and possibly prevented.
