Participation in the practice check of the "Offensive Mittelstand - Gut für Deutschland"

The "Offensive Mittelstand - Gut für Deutschland" is a voluntary association of independent partners, under the umbrella of the "New Quality of Work Initiative" (INQA), who pursue a common goal: To strengthen medium-sized businesses. As a joint initiative of the federal government, the states, business associations and institutions, trade unions, companies, social insurance carriers and foundations, INQA aims to realize greater quality of work as the key to innovative strength and competitiveness in Germany as a business location.

 

 

Using self-checks, companies can determine their current status and derive the need for action. There are practical checks on a wide range of management topics, such as health in the company, knowledge & competence, work 4.0 or personnel management. Each check was developed by partners of the "Offensive Mittelstand" and combines their expertise.

 

LOGSOL GmbH participated in the practical check "Human Resources Management" in 2020. It was accompanied and evaluated by an independent consultant of the "Offensive Mittelstand - Gut für Deutschland", the company KONZEPTPLUSPRAXIS Erhard Lamparter, Mr. Erhard Lamparter. The INQA-Check "Human Resources Management" focuses on the leadership quality and sustainability of the company in the area of human resources management. The following topics were part of the check: personnel planning, personnel development, personnel recruitment, working atmosphere and employer attractiveness. As a result of a scoring model, LOGSOL GmbH achieved an excellent average score of 4.6 out of a possible 5 points. Top marks were achieved particularly in the areas of employer attractiveness, working atmosphere and personnel development.
