About LOGSOL Philosophy und innovation management

"We just have to invent something that does not exist yet and everyone wants it."

Easier said than done! It is well known that the best ideas hardly ever come on call and they go through a complex development process up to the stage of the market-ready innovation in logistics.

Together. Innovative. Progress as a company philosophy.

New ideas form the basis for innovations. So that these can emerge freely, an openly practised, well networked company and project culture is required. But what good are the best ideas if they later end up in “a drawer”? At LOGSOL, new approaches are gathered, assessed, conceptualised and implemented in a targeted manner in regular innovation workshops. This takes place in close cooperation with renowned research partners, such as TU Dresden or HTW Dresden. Of course, during the innovation process, some approaches also emerge as “not feasible” or are set aside for the time being until their time has come. However, independent of the result, LOGSOL always pursues an important principle: there are no bad ideas.
