Task

Sub-project management: Planning and implementation of the processes of a logistics site of approx. 10,000 m² and 80 employees.

Project process

  • Preparation of target processes and material master data
    Creation of a logistics concept with subsequent evaluation of scenarios
    Management and implementation of process workshops for the creation of the future process landscape (specifications)
    Creation of IT specifications
    Definition of start-up planning and coordination and implementation of SAP tests
    Start-up support in the areas of goods receipt, storage, packaging, shipping, SAP

Project results
