- Preparation of target processes and material master data
Creation of a logistics concept with subsequent evaluation of scenarios
Management and implementation of process workshops for the creation of the future process landscape (specifications)
Creation of IT specifications
Definition of start-up planning and coordination and implementation of SAP tests
Start-up support in the areas of goods receipt, storage, packaging, shipping, SAP
