Task
Simulation of the entire production at the site to investigate various operating scenarios under the premise of maximizing output.
Project process
- Data acquisition of the production data of the systems to be simulated
- Modelling and validation of the system network
- Execution of simulation runs according to scenarios
- Evaluation of the simulation runs based on defined KPIs
- Evaluation of the test criteria and adjustment of the parameters in optimization loops
- Definition of recommendations for action for production operations (e.g. campaign production vs. product mix, number of systems required, supply from another location)
