Objective

  • Centralized digital control of approximately 500 container types
  • Elimination of manual work and Excel spreadsheets, fewer inventory losses and errors
  • Standardized processes across all domestic and international locations

 

Implementation

  • Launch of BinMan® in Altenberge and Vreden starting in April 2021
  • Development of three interfaces (SAP + external supplier platform)
  • Rollout to 15 European locations within one year
  • Use of the BinMan® mobile app for on-site mobile bookings
