- Evaluation of various growth scenarios based on warehouse optimization, construction measures, corporate network and SCM
- Analysis and extrapolation of inventories and transaction data
- Rough planning in variants and detailed planning of the semi-automated preferred solution (AutoStore, vertical lift, extension)
- Preparation of specifications for the technologies and tender support up to the commercial award
- Relocation planning for the installation of the AutoStore as the new centrepiece in ongoing operations
