Overall project management for the implementation of a new logistics site with 14,000 m² of warehouse space and 50 employees as part of an outsourcing project
Project process
- Initialization of the project with handover of contract documents, set-up of project and budget planning, introduction of communication and escalation structures
- Management of 11 sub-projects (e.g. construction, SAP, IT infrastructure, layout and material flow planning, human resources, change management, procurement, quality)
- Ongoing updating and monitoring of deadline, quality and cost targets
- Coordination of construction implementation, customizing, process implementation and relocation
